Responsibilities

• Provide longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity
• Collaborate with physicians and registered dietitians to deliver team-based care
• Deliver evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner degree
• Experience in Obesity Medicine, endocrinology, bariatrics, or primary care/internal medicine
• Licensed to practice and prescribe in IL, FL, or NC
• Experience with insurance payer credentialing
• Experience conducting telemedicine visits
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• RN Compact or multistate license
• Medical fluency in Spanish
