Job description
Responsibilities
- Assess and sign breast pump prescriptions for patients
- Conduct professional services consultations via telehealth
- Review patient intake forms and complete clinical documentation
- Communicate with patients via electronic medical record systems and virtual video platforms
- Ensure patient care is evidence-based and aligns with maternal health program requirements
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner)
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in good standing in the West Region (AK, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY)
- 3 years of direct clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of clinical workflows, HIPAA, and EHR data management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Active MMIS (State Medicaid) credentials in relevant states
- Professional certification as an IBCLC or CLC
