Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations via telehealth, providing tailored, compassionate care
• Prescribe FDA-approved hormone and non-hormonal treatments when clinically appropriate
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans integrating lifestyle and behavioral recommendations
• Manage ongoing patient care, including prescription adjustments and symptom monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians and pharmacists to manage complex cases
• Participate in chart audits to maintain compliance and uphold clinical excellence
• Contribute clinical expertise to product refinement, educational content, and care protocols

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• 2-3 years of recent experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, Gynecology, or Midlife women's health
• 1-2 years of experience delivering care in a telehealth setting
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMRs

Preferred Qualifications

• NAMS Certified (MSCP/NCMP)
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish especially valued)
• Background in integrative or lifestyle medicine
