About the Company

Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings to improve outcomes and create a better experience for patients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality virtual care across women’s health, primary care, and wellness needs
• Support gynecology and sexual health including birth control counseling and STI screening
• Manage common primary care needs such as hypertension, diabetes, and mental health
• Remotely triage, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients using virtual tools
• Share clinical insight to improve virtual workflows, care models, and technology tools
• Partner with providers, RNs, and product teams to support a consistent patient experience

Requirements

• FNP, WHNP, or PA with national board certification
• Active, unrestricted license in one or more states where Tia provides care
• 3+ years of post-graduate APP experience in primary care and women’s health
• Strong comfort with virtual care delivery and telemedicine platforms
• High comfort with EHRs and AI-supported documentation
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state licensure (AZ, CA, NY)
• Experience in trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and gender-affirming care
• Experience managing depression and anxiety in outpatient primary care
• Experience incorporating integrative medicine into care planning
• Prior experience delivering care through telemedicine or chat-based tools
