Odoo Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules for both Community and Enterprise editions
• Lead Odoo implementations, upgrades, and migrations across various versions
• Customize core modules including Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, and Projects
• Develop custom addons using Python and Odoo ORM
• Design and customize QWeb reports, views, and workflows
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using REST APIs
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Odoo instances
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and technical documentation
• Support UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live troubleshooting

Requirements

• Odoo Certification (required)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development
• Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript
• Solid experience with Odoo framework, ORM, and module architecture
• Proficiency with Odoo.sh, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with Odoo versions 14, 15, 16, or 17
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
