Odoo ERP Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation and support for clients, both onsite and remote
• Prepare process documentation, workflow diagrams, and system configuration guides
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, professional communication
• Deliver user training sessions and product presentations to client teams
• Ensure timely project completion and take ownership of implementation outcomes
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to analyze client requirements and design solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ERP software implementation
• Deep understanding of ERP process flows and core modules
• Proficiency in SQL Server and database management activities
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Prior experience with Odoo or similar open-source ERP platforms
• Background in client-facing consulting or solution delivery roles
