Job description
Responsibilities
- Drive design wins by developing and executing strategic sales plans to secure Infinitum motors in OEM HVAC product lines
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with OEM decision-makers across engineering, product management, and procurement teams
- Lead technical and commercial discussions with OEM engineering teams to demonstrate product value and integration feasibility
- Develop multi-year account plans that align with OEM product roadmaps
- Maintain strong relationships with Sales Rep organizations to communicate the value of Infinitum solutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and OEM market trends to identify differentiation opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting on pipeline health
Requirements
- 7+ years of OEM or Regional Sales Management experience in HVAC or related industry
- Proven ability to work across a complex ecosystem and drive brand success
- Experience with rapid revenue growth in an agile, dynamic business environment
- Strong selling skills with technically complex, high-value products sold at a premium
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical contracting, and facility operations
- Proven ability to onboard and manage 20+ accounts simultaneously
- Skilled at managing an ecosystem with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and account development skills
