Responsibilities

  • Source and close off-plan deals through your own investor and client network
  • Promote and sell developer projects and new launches
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and investors
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
  • Manage negotiations and deal closures end-to-end
  • Coordinate with internal admin team for documentation and processing
  • Stay updated on upcoming launches, pricing, and market trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in Dubai real estate (Off-Plan preferred)
  • Strong existing client/investor network
  • Proven track record in closing off-plan transactions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-driven and performance-oriented
