Job description
Responsibilities
- Source and close off-plan deals through your own investor and client network
- Promote and sell developer projects and new launches
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and investors
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Manage negotiations and deal closures end-to-end
- Coordinate with internal admin team for documentation and processing
- Stay updated on upcoming launches, pricing, and market trends
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Dubai real estate (Off-Plan preferred)
- Strong existing client/investor network
- Proven track record in closing off-plan transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly self-driven and performance-oriented
