Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day agency operations using phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication tools
- Oversee scheduling and coordination for artists, venues and clients
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts and communications
- Serve as primary point of contact between agency, clients and talent
- Handle incoming client requests and relay information to team for follow-up
- Profile, vet and onboard new talent; maintain talent profiles for proposals
- Manage administrative tasks including emails, contracts, invoicing and accounts
- Assist with payment follow-ups, statement reconciliation and basic financial tracking
- Support business growth efforts including upselling and client expansion initiatives

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in entertainment industry
