Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day agency operations using phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication tools
  • Oversee scheduling and coordination for artists, venues and clients
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts and communications
  • Serve as primary point of contact between agency, clients and talent
  • Handle incoming client requests and relay information to team for follow-up
  • Profile, vet and onboard new talent; maintain talent profiles for proposals
  • Manage administrative tasks including emails, contracts, invoicing and accounts
  • Assist with payment follow-ups, statement reconciliation and basic financial tracking
  • Support business growth efforts including upselling and client expansion initiatives

Preferred Qualifications
