Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and calls for team members
  • Greet and assist virtual visitors and clients via video call or online platforms
  • Maintain and update digital filing systems, contact lists, and internal records
  • Coordinate courier bookings, mail handling, and office supply orders where required
  • Support management with general administrative tasks and ad hoc requests
  • Ensure all communications are handled with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Calendly, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook
  • Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
  • Matric certificate required
