Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and front-office teams
  • Support client adoption of Sparta workflows and platform
  • Drive regional market expansion with Sales across Middle Eastern commodity hubs
  • Produce regional research, market commentary and written outputs
  • Represent Sparta at events, briefings and roundtables in Dubai and region
  • Be the regional voice of the customer into the product roadmap
  • Support Customer Success to embed Sparta into client operations and secure renewals
  • Enable API-led sales and integrations with client systems
  • Build strategic networks with NOCs, refiners and trading houses
