Responsibilities
- Drive sales fundamentals such as pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and win rates
- Execute territory strategy and pipeline development across 500+ strategic accounts to meet quarterly targets
- Partner with territory Renewals reps and Account Executives for effective account coverage and team alignment
- Lead customer meetings focusing on long-term SaaS benefits over transition costs
- Design and negotiate commercial proposals to maximize adoption and revenue impact
- Build and maintain strategic relationships across organizations for successful cloud transitions
- Develop a scalable "win formula" by documenting and applying successful sales tactics
- Provide strategic market intelligence and competitive insights for go-to-market strategies
- Master competitive positioning, market trends, and pricing strategies
- Mentor field teams on enterprise selling approaches for Veeam Data Cloud (VDC) Salesforce
Requirements
- 10+ years enterprise software sales experience (cloud/SaaS)
- Proven track record exceeding quotas
- Experience in partner-driven go-to-market models
- Deep understanding of the regional Microsoft ecosystem and market dynamics (data protection/management/M365)
- Executive presence and ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Strategic mindset with business acumen and deal structuring capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player, able to influence without direct authority
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40% within EMEA and occasionally globally
