Job description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure application implementation in partner schools
  • Manage data integration processes and ERP environment preparation
  • Conduct online training sessions
  • Ensure schools are fully trained on application functionalities
  • Support communication and outreach to families
  • Ensure school adherence and identify process improvements for efficiency

Requirements

  • Completed higher education degree
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • High capacity for execution and autonomy
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship areas such as Onboarding, Customer Success, or Customer Service
