Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding team, monitoring performance, development, and operational routine
  • Ensure end-to-end implementation journey from commercial handoff to full client activation
  • Manage client portfolios and simultaneous projects, ensuring organization, prioritization, and SLA compliance
  • Interact directly with clients via meetings, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
  • Monitor operational indicators and build executive reports for the area
  • Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities to propose process and product evolutions
  • Guarantee excellence in customer experience throughout the onboarding journey
  • Partner with Commercial, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Tech teams
  • Support the construction of flows, playbooks, automations, and operational scalability initiatives
  • Conduct executive presentations and strategic alignments with internal stakeholders and clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, projects, or operations
  • Experience in leadership and team development
  • Strong organizational and multi-project management skills
  • Analytical profile with experience monitoring indicators
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in consultative service and client relationship management
  • Experience building executive presentations and management reports
  • Knowledge of CRM, project management, and customer service tools
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or technology companies
  • Experience with scalable operations and high-volume client management
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Pipefy, Metabase, or similar
  • Experience in digital platform implementation operations
  • Knowledge of customer experience, onboarding, and adoption indicators
