Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and improve structured onboarding programs for Revenue roles (SDR, AE, Field Sales, Expansion Sales)
  • Facilitate virtual training sessions and maintain LMS content
  • Build progress dashboards and standardized coaching plan frameworks for managers
  • Manage and expand the AI role-play scenario library
  • Partner with Revenue leaders, Revenue Ops, P&C, and IT on system provisioning and onboarding effectiveness
  • Administer the Revenue organization's LMS, including user provisioning and reporting
  • Support promotional readiness programs like SDR-to-AE transitions

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Training
  • Proven ability to build and deliver structured training programs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience administering an LMS or similar learning technology
  • Ability to analyze data and translate reports into recommendations
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or Google Gemini

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI role-play or conversation simulation platforms
  • Familiarity with automotive software or SaaS sales cycles
  • Experience with career path or promotional readiness programs
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or Gong
  • Background in instructional design or adult learning principles
