Job description

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complex operational challenges for onboarding and mobility specialists
  • Partner with clients, employees, and internal stakeholders to ensure sustainable issue resolution
  • Collaborate on internal projects involving system optimization and workflow automation
  • Provide structured recommendations to Product and Engineering teams for system enhancements
  • Act as the initial escalation point for operational issues and ensure resolution within SLAs
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve HR processes, SOPs, and metrics
  • Analyze and execute technical improvements within onboarding and mobility-adjacent systems

Requirements

  • Proven capability to operate independently in a global operations environment
  • Strong operational expertise across various global countries and regions
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Experience supporting cross-functional HR lifecycle operations (onboarding, mobility, transitions)
  • Technical expertise in HR and operations systems with experience in workflow automation
  • Ability to translate operational requirements into system or automation enhancements
  • Experience managing and delivering projects from initiation through execution
  • Strong communication, influencing, and conflict management skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
