Onboarding Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding journey for new employees with a focus on compliance and documentation
• Take end-to-end ownership of the employee onboarding lifecycle
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams
• Implement continuous improvements to the onboarding experience
• Manage and maintain accurate employee data and security
• Support compliance initiatives, reporting, and audits
• Identify and champion automation opportunities to streamline processes

Requirements

• Extensive operations experience, specifically in people operations or legal contracting
• Proficiency in handling employment contracts and legally binding documents
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
• Tech-savvy with experience in Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace
• Strong automation and AI fluency
• Ability to work autonomously in an international, remote team
