Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during their first 30-90 days of onboarding
• Conduct virtual one-on-one training sessions to educate clients on platform usage and business application
• Identify client needs, track progress, and proactively address potential roadblocks to ensure long-term success
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation across various platforms for cross-functional visibility

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, ideally in a customer-facing role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM or Customer Success tools such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, Gainsight, or HubSpot
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of AI platforms
• Familiarity with green industry operations (landscaping, arborists, field services)
• Proficiency in French or Spanish
