Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of partner onboarding, launch, and activation across an assigned portfolio
• Conduct 1:1 training sessions to guide partners through platform setup and capabilities
• Drive strong activation rates through timely follow-up and proactive engagement
• Complete internal pre-kickoff preparation including Salesforce reviews and onboarding decks
• Triage and route partner issues to the Support team via warm handoffs
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Gainsight
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants on smooth handoffs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (onboarding, customer success, account management, or technical support)
• Experience in a SaaS company preferred
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoom, Gmail, and Gainsight
• Passion for youth and professional sports
