Online Casino Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the day-to-day operational running of the online casino platform
• Oversee game operations, including launches, configuration, RTP settings, and limits
• Monitor performance metrics such as GGR, hold, and player behavior anomalies
• Manage player operational issues, including escalations, disputes, and edge-case scenarios
• Oversee payments and withdrawals to ensure smooth processing and rapid resolution
• Work with Risk/Fraud tools to detect abuse, bonus exploitation, and suspicious activity
• Ensure correct implementation and monitoring of promotions, bonuses, and campaigns
• Coordinate with Customer Support and external platform providers to ensure seamless player resolution
• Maintain clear operational documentation, SOPs, and internal controls

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with a casino backoffice (e.g., SoftGamings, EveryMatrix, Pragmatic hub)
• Proven experience dealing with withdrawals, stuck payments, and player escalations
• Direct experience working with RTP configs, limits, or promo mechanics
• Experience operating within a lean or startup iGaming environment
• Proficiency with cryptocurrency tools and payments
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and make calm judgment calls under pressure
