Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Optimize onsite search, navigation, category structures, and product listings to improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Utilize AI-powered merchandising and personalization tools to deliver tailored product recommendations and experiences.
  • Ensure accurate product data and strong visibility across categories aligned with commercial goals.
  • Analyze key eCommerce KPIs such as conversion rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and customer journeys to identify performance opportunities.
  • Translate analytics and insights into actionable improvements that enhance both UX and revenue.
  • Collaborate with UX, Product, Technology, Analytics, Buying, and Trading teams to implement site enhancements.
  • Support product launches, campaigns, and key trading periods with effective onsite merchandising strategies.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and research emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Contribute to trading reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
  • Assist with digital transformation initiatives, including AI and personalization projects.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or site operations—preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, onsite search optimization, and category management best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with personalization platforms such as Dynamic Yield, Salesforce, Bloomreach, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), reporting dashboards, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with UX, Tech, Buying, and Trading teams.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of customer behavior in online retail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Passion for emerging technologies, AI, and digital innovation.

  • Experience in luxury retail or fashion.
  • Familiarity with AI and personalization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
