Responsibilities
- Assess the knowledge level and individual learning needs of students
- Prepare and conduct individually tailored online tutoring sessions
- Motivate and support learners in achieving their educational goals
Requirements
- Sound knowledge in at least one subject (e.g., Mathematics, German, English, Science, Economics, or other school/university subjects)
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiasm for teaching (prior teaching experience not required)
