Operations Analyst and Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee various programs and initiatives to meet defined objectives and deadlines
• Track program progress and performance to ensure milestones are achieved on time
• Collaborate with team members, managers, and external partners for successful delivery
• Manage program budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Prepare and present regular reports on program status and outcomes to leadership
• Conduct orientation sessions and organize training for new clients
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials and provide ongoing support
• Gather feedback from new clients to continuously improve the onboarding process

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business-related field or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in a related field or commensurate education
• 2 years of experience working within FACTS operating systems
• Advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel formulas, charts, and Pivot Tables
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of AI and technology solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software
