Responsibilities

• Review account activity and make informed decisions using AI-assisted analysis
• Investigate payment approval requests and flag anomalies through pattern recognition
• Identify suspicious activity and fraud patterns
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency or reduce risk
• Document learnings and share them with the team
• Balance compliance with user experience by using AI to process large datasets and analyze trade-offs
• Work cross-functionally with product, support, and business teams

Requirements

• At least 2 years in an operational, compliance, or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to experiment with LLMs or automation platforms
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
• Ownership mindset and genuine curiosity
