Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and KPIs
  • Manage remote teams, promoting productivity, effective communication, and alignment with business goals
  • Optimize operational and administrative processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and team development
  • Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction
  • Coordinate the implementation of tools and systems to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of operational experience in service or outsourcing companies
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing remote teams
  • Experience in client management and operational follow-up
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge or experience with Zoho One tools
  • Experience working in high-growth or scalable environments
