Responsibilities

• Answering Research Questions regarding project prioritisation, resource allocation, and portfolio governance
• Performing Scenario Reviews to assess planning and PMO scenarios like capacity reviews and budget forecasting
• Participating in structured surveys and interviews to inform research into planning practices
• Providing product and process feedback on planning and portfolio management platforms
• Contributing subject matter expertise to help research teams understand governance frameworks

Requirements

• Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function
• Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, or operational strategy
• Hands-on experience with planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow
• Exceptional written communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to complete tasks requiring at least one hour of uninterrupted work
• Possession of a PayPal account for receiving payments

• Experience across sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government
