Responsibilities

• Answering research questions on topics such as project prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio governance
• Applying real-world experience to assess planning and PMO scenarios, including capacity reviews and budget forecasting
• Participating in structured surveys or interviews to inform research into planning practices
• Providing informed feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management platforms
• Contributing subject matter expertise to help research teams understand how Operations and PMO functions use governance frameworks

Requirements

• Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function
• Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, or operational strategy
• Hands-on experience with planning or PPM platforms such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow
• Exceptional written communication skills and high attention to detail
• A PayPal account to receive payment

• Experience across sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government
