Responsibilities

• Answering research questions regarding project prioritisation, resource allocation, and portfolio governance
• Reviewing scenarios related to programme governance cycles, capacity reviews, and budget forecasting
• Participating in structured surveys or interviews to inform research into planning practices
• Providing feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management platforms
• Contributing expertise to help research teams understand how Operations and PMO functions evaluate governance frameworks

Requirements

• Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function
• Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, or operational strategy
• Hands-on experience with planning or PPM platforms such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow
• Exceptional written communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work
• A PayPal account to receive payment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government
