Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct captain training, onboarding, and manage rostering schedules
• Act as direct point of contact for all captain-related matters, including inquiries, issues, and feedback
• Address captain questions and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Oversee live operations, monitor captain shifts, and ensure operational adherence
• Collaborate with performance teams to maintain adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability based on operational needs
• Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and similar tools
