Job description
Responsibilities
- Conduct captain training, onboarding, and manage rostering schedules
- Act as direct point of contact for all captain-related matters, including inquiries, issues, and feedback
- Address captain questions and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Oversee live operations, monitor captain shifts, and ensure operational adherence
- Collaborate with performance teams to maintain adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability based on operational needs
- Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and similar tools
