Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the cross-brand order generation team, ensuring productivity with quality and a focus on process improvement
  • Ensure constant alignment of team priorities, focusing on the experience of internal and external customers
  • Deal with stakeholders (logistics, customer service, consultants) constructively, acting as a bridge between the team and other areas with a problem-solving bias

Requirements

  • Experience in people management
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Experience in process design
  • Experience in building and monitoring goals
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving bias
  • Ability to prioritize and align with direct reports
