Responsibilities
- Coordinate the cross-brand order generation team, ensuring productivity with quality and a focus on process improvement
- Ensure constant alignment of team priorities, focusing on the experience of internal and external customers
- Deal with stakeholders (logistics, customer service, consultants) constructively, acting as a bridge between the team and other areas with a problem-solving bias
Requirements
- Experience in people management
- Intermediate Excel
- Experience in process design
- Experience in building and monitoring goals
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving bias
- Ability to prioritize and align with direct reports
