Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team under your responsibility (Analysts and Assistants)
  • Plan, structure, and ensure the flawless execution of store opening campaigns
  • Conduct strategic project management and implement continuous improvements for store operations
  • Actively manage multiple stakeholders, interfacing with orders, product, and contract teams
  • Analyze performance data and operational indicators to support decision-making

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
  • Proven experience in complex project management from planning to execution
  • Previous experience in team management and direct people leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with BI tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong analytical capacity and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the education sector or Edtechs
  • Knowledge of revenue cycles and B2B/B2C operation dynamics
  • Experience with OKR methodology and corporate management rituals
  • Knowledge of SQL, AI tools, process automation, Power BI, Looker, or n8n
  • Background in Customer Success, commercial operations, or risk/revenue management
  • Professional experience in consulting or high-growth technology companies
