This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the Premier League, EFL, and the Female Talent Pathway, including the Professional Game Academies (PGA) and Emerging Talent Centres (ETC).
The female talent pathway aims to support the development of more and better home-grown players through programs focusing on identifying diverse talent and driving high-quality player development for female players aged 14-20.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and liaise with all key stakeholders
- Facilitate and support the delivery of an efficient and professional assessment process
- Support both the female talent and male development pathways
