Operations Lead - Logistics

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the captain fleet in the logistics division.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
• Manage the full recruitment process for captains, from sourcing and onboarding to go-live.
• Spearhead implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the fleet.
• Lead and support teams to ensure consistent operational excellence.
• Collaborate with performance and operations teams to achieve key operational KPIs.
• Deliver regular weekly updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years experience in fast-paced operations.
• Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage large operations.
• Demonstrated leadership with team management and development experience.
• Proficient in data analysis; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
