Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize daily business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
• Design, implement, and improve operational processes, workflows, and internal controls
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Support, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and HR
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and areas for improvement, and implement practical solutions
• Manage vendor relationships and support procurement or external partnerships
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and operational forecasting
• Coordinate strategic projects and ensure timely delivery across teams
• Develop documentation, SOPs, and internal policies to support scale and consistency
• Identify recurring operational work being absorbed by other functions and transition it into a scalable structure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or project management
• Mandatory experience in technology-based companies
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to improve processes and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills for working across global, remote teams
• Proficiency with data, reporting, and operational planning tools
• Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment
• Familiarity with crypto wallets, blockchain ecosystems, and digital asset products
• Experience building SOPs, dashboards, and operational frameworks
• Knowledge of compliance, risk, or customer operations
