Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Operations team, including IT Administration and Security
• Continuously improve operational scalability across Finance, Sales, Delivery, Technology, and People functions
• Own and evolve the company’s operational tooling ecosystem and automation landscape
• Strengthen operational resilience, business continuity, and security practices
• Coordinate operational aspects of compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001 readiness
• Partner with external vendors, legal counsel, auditors, and the DPO on compliance matters
• Support organizational alignment by improving workflows and communication structures
• Build and maintain operational documentation, policies, and internal enablement resources
• Advise leadership on operational risks, scalability, and process optimization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, or cross-functional leadership
• Experience working in a scaling organization (consulting, SaaS, or technology-driven)
• Hands-on experience managing processes across Finance, People, IT, Delivery, Sales, or Security
• Practical experience administering a multi-tool SaaS ecosystem
• Experience with operational security, compliance, GDPR, or ISO 27001
• Experience managing external vendors and contract negotiations
• Experience leading a small operational or IT team
• Experience working directly with senior leadership
