Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with the leadership team to ensure operations activities are carried out in a timely manner
• Lead candidate onboarding operations
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors, such as finance/accounts, and background checking services
• Own and administer the CRM system (Salesforce)

Requirements

• Experience in a professional environment, preferably consultancy or similar
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
• Experience working with a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience dealing with external stakeholders; ability to influence and negotiate
• Good at building relationships, both internally and externally
