Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations and special projects in India, including budgeting, contracting, and field logistics
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships and build partnerships independently
• Oversee data quality processes and ensure high standards for fieldwork data
• Support insights generation and conduct data analysis projects regarding the coffee industry
• Train field teams and coordinate workflows
• Travel approximately 10–20% of the time to remote agricultural regions

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in field operations or project management
• Experience in data analysis, research, coffee sector, or sustainable agriculture
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and quantitative data collection platforms
• Bachelor's degree in development studies, economics, business, statistics, plant science, or forestry
• Ability to travel to remote agricultural regions in India
• Strong analytical competencies and experience working with datasets

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages
• Experience with GIS
• Experience with LLMs
