Job description
Responsibilities
- Oversee human resources including payroll, benefits administration, visa processes, and recruitment efforts
- Manage business support teams and conduct performance reviews to foster strong working relationships
- Handle financial tasks such as processing vendor invoices, reviewing expenses, and assisting with annual budgeting and cashflow
- Manage office administration, including facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and office events
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across DIFC and ADGM jurisdictions, including commercial licenses and regulatory filings
Requirements
- University degree
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
- Working knowledge of DIFC and ADGM employment laws and visa/immigration procedures
- Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of core financial concepts
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
