Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and long-term performance of a cannabis production facility
• Manage processing, packaging, maintenance, quality, and logistics
• Maintain direct accountability for safety, compliance, efficiency, and personnel
• Partner with the General Manager on budgeting and analytics
• Lead a multilevel team through high-growth and rapidly evolving operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing management experience
• Direct management of 30+ people
• Experience in consumer packaged goods
• Strong data and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge
• Exposure to cannabis, horticulture, or lab processing
