Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead divisional operations and commercial procedures across studios in Dubai, UAE
  • Oversee project governance, QA/QC, risk, and compliance from bid to close-out
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, fees, invoicing, receivables, payables, and cash flow
  • Drive monthly/quarterly performance reporting and reviews with Finance and leadership
  • Ensure PM standards, scope control, variations, claims, and commercial risk management
  • Enhance QMS, tools, workflows; progress ISO 9001 certification and continuous improvement
  • Plan resources and staffing; mentor, coach, and conduct performance reviews
  • Represent InSite during proposals, contract awards, execution, and close-out
  • Engage clients, consultants, and contractors; chair regular project review meetings
  • Deputize for the Managing Principal or Principals when required
