Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with GBA leadership to establish and run the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence
• Facilitate proactive operational reviews to support accurate financial, time, and utilization forecasting
• Lead and participate in advanced operational reporting and forecasting for strategic opportunities
• Create and oversee reporting required for GBA consultant delivery and account leadership
• Support large pursuits through bid management coordination and execution of close plans
• Establish sales to project start/delivery handoff procedures
• Monitor execution of GBA staffing, approval, and resource management procedures
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Delivery leaders to drive operational consistency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in delivery, business, or consulting operations
• Strong understanding of services business operations (sales pipeline, forecasting, resource planning, staffing, and utilization)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience building operational processes, delivery standards, and governance models
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Microsoft consulting or services environment
• Experience supporting executive leadership with business insights
• Power BI experience
