Operations Manager/Online Business Manager*

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and drive priorities from idea to completion
• Identify broken, manual, or repetitive processes and improve them permanently
• Build SOPs, systems, AI workflows, and automations to reduce manual work
• Coordinate projects, people, vendors, timelines, and key deliverables
• Track operational performance using data to identify areas for improvement
• Make sound independent decisions and escalate when necessary
• Keep the founder informed through proactive updates

Requirements

• Experience as an Operations Manager, Online Business Manager (OBM), or in a high-ownership operations role
• Experience working in fast-moving, founder-led businesses
• Strong operational judgment and ability to solve ambiguous problems
• Proven track record of improving processes rather than just maintaining them
• High ownership and follow-through capabilities
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and implement AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools such as Zapier or Make
• Experience with AI agents or internal automation workflows
• Experience building dashboards or managing SOPs
