Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional operational projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, communication strategies, and implementation schedules.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, profitability, and service delivery.
- Lead operational readiness planning for new service offerings, retail programs, and business expansion projects.
- Support new location openings, remodels, relocations, and facility refresh projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful project execution and vendor accountability.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and performance metrics to measure business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in project or operations management within a multi-site environment (e.g., hospitality, retail, wellness, or healthcare).
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to travel regularly to project sites and XWELL locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
