Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional operational projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, communication strategies, and implementation schedules.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, profitability, and service delivery.
  • Lead operational readiness planning for new service offerings, retail programs, and business expansion projects.
  • Support new location openings, remodels, relocations, and facility refresh projects.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful project execution and vendor accountability.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and performance metrics to measure business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in project or operations management within a multi-site environment (e.g., hospitality, retail, wellness, or healthcare).
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to travel regularly to project sites and XWELL locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
