Responsibilities
- Support the execution of workflows and operational processes to expedite access to critical medications
- Interact with systems and procedures affecting patient and provider experiences
- Work with doctors' offices, insurance companies, affordability programs, and pharmacies to process prescriptions
- Master proprietary software tools to execute and optimize operational workflows
- Learn and apply how AI is integrated into healthcare workflows
Requirements
- Experience in roles requiring analytical problem-solving and operational rigor
- Ability to resolve ambiguous problems effectively
- Proficiency in mastering new, complex technology tools and working with data
- Ability to start immediately
