Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle operations and boarding-related support tickets with urgency
  • Identify root causes of issues and resolve technical problems
  • Manage merchant onboarding, billing configurations, and customer communications
  • Troubleshoot boarding errors and resolve configuration issues
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to document and resolve system bugs
  • Create detailed development tickets with reproduction steps
  • Resolve billing, funding, and transaction-related issues
  • Document common issues to build knowledge base resources and suggest process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, data entry, or analytical roles
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in QA testing
  • Experience with payment processing, fintech, or SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira or Linear
  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or technical integrations
  • SQL or database query experience
  • Experience creating technical documentation
