Job description
Responsibilities
- Handle operations and boarding-related support tickets with urgency
- Identify root causes of issues and resolve technical problems
- Manage merchant onboarding, billing configurations, and customer communications
- Troubleshoot boarding errors and resolve configuration issues
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to document and resolve system bugs
- Create detailed development tickets with reproduction steps
- Resolve billing, funding, and transaction-related issues
- Document common issues to build knowledge base resources and suggest process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, data entry, or analytical roles
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in QA testing
- Experience with payment processing, fintech, or SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira or Linear
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or technical integrations
- SQL or database query experience
- Experience creating technical documentation
