Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules
• Provide expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud HCM to meet business requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for application related issues and provide troubleshooting and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle Cloud HCM with other systems
• Train and mentor junior team members in Oracle Cloud HCM best practices
• Lead and participate in system testing and end-user training
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
• Stay up-to-date on Oracle Cloud Financials functionality and updates
• Provide Technical/Functional support to Business Development sales pursuits

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in problem definition, analysis, and requirements development for complex systems
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
• Experience with implementing or migrating to Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Demonstrated experience in consulting, fit-gap analysis, and business process design
• Experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
• US Citizen; must pass a full investigation for a Non-Sensitive (Risk Level: Tier 2, Moderate Risk, Public Trust) position

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud SaaS certifications
• Functional professional with 1+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS implementation
