Job description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage user tickets in Halo / JIRA within defined SLAs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Finance (R2R, P2P, O2C), HCM and SCM modules
  • Log L1 and escalate L2, L3 Tickets to Functional & Technical Agents or Oracle SRs
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document knowledge base articles
  • Ensure seamless handover communication for next-shift teams
  • Provide functional support for Finance, HCM, and Supply Chain modules

Requirements

  • 7–8 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, HCM & SCM)
  • Proven L1/L2 support experience with hands-on in FBDI/ADFDI, OIC, and BI Publisher
  • Expertise in Finance, HCM, and SCM modules
  • Ability to work night shifts (2 PM to 11 PM) to cover US time zones
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, SmartView, and Financial Reporting Studio
  • Proficiency with ticketing tools like Halo, JIRA, or ServiceNow
