Responsibilities

• Process healthcare orders end-to-end, including insurance verification and inventory checks
• Communicate with providers via a messaging portal to resolve missing information
• Meet and grow order volume and accuracy targets within a metrics-driven environment

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to balance high volume work without sacrificing accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry background
• Familiarity with DME (durable medical equipment) or medical supplies
