Job description
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential OTC clients across assigned regions and channels
- Conduct initial discovery to understand client background, trading needs, and settlement preferences
- Prepare structured client profiles and support onboarding readiness
- Coordinate handovers and support Institutional Sales throughout early-stage engagements
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth progression from lead to active client
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, fintech, payments, or crypto
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Comfortable speaking with professional and institutional clients
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Motivated, curious, and eager to grow in the institutional crypto space
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to real OTC trading flows and institutional clients
- Learn directly from an experienced Institutional Sales team
- Clear development path within a growing crypto exchange
