OTC Sales Trader

Responsibilities

• Manage the full OTC trade lifecycle for institutional clients.
• Drive new volumes and provide market color to clients.
• Work closely with the VIP sales team to identify new clients and business opportunities.
• Monitor electronic OTC flow of spot and derivatives products.
• Perform trade execution on DeFi and decentralized platforms when needed.

Requirements

• Strong education background, preferably Masters, in finance, engineering, or mathematics.
• 4+ years of working experience as an OTC Sales Trader in the financial/crypto industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with electronic OTC flows and structured products.
• Ability to work with Python and SQL.
• Experience/interest in the crypto/DeFi industry.
